protanopia
Ratio 13.79:1, ΔE00 82.3.
deuteranopia
Ratio 14.45:1, ΔE00 86.3.
tritanopia

The weakest of the three is protanopia, where the two are ΔE00 82.3 apart against 84.3 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
