Privacy

Colours you type never leave your browser. The contrast checker, the difference tool and the accessible-colour search are ordinary JavaScript running on this page. No colour, no palette and no image you drop on the page is uploaded anywhere, because there is nowhere for it to go: this is a static site.

What is stored on your device

One thing: whether you chose the light or dark theme, kept in this browser underhc:theme. Clearing site data removes it.

What we count

Page views, as a count — which pages get opened and roughly where from. No account, no profile, no cross-site tracking, and nothing that identifies you as a person.

Advertising

The site carries advertising to pay for itself. Ad slots are served by third parties who set their own cookies under their own policies; that is the extent of it.
