protanopia
Ratio 9.85:1, ΔE00 64.9.
deuteranopia
Ratio 9.81:1, ΔE00 64.6.
tritanopia
Ratio 9.82:1, ΔE00 66.1.
The weakest of the three is deuteranopia, where the two are ΔE00 64.6 apart against 64.7 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
