Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #091101 can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 13.97:1, ΔE00 80.4.
deuteranopia
Ratio 14.35:1, ΔE00 81.7.
tritanopia
Ratio 14.28:1, ΔE00 85.8.
The weakest of the three is protanopia, where the two are ΔE00 80.4 apart against 81.8 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
