Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #091101 can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 13.60:1, ΔE00 79.0.
deuteranopia
Ratio 14.38:1, ΔE00 81.7.
tritanopia
Ratio 14.24:1, ΔE00 89.2.
The weakest of the three is protanopia, where the two are ΔE00 79.0 apart against 83.2 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
