AAA too. Swapping the two colours gives the same number — the ratio does not know which is the text.
APCA

Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #0f282f can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 10.67:1, ΔE00 71.3.
deuteranopia
Ratio 11.63:1, ΔE00 75.1.
tritanopia
Ratio 11.45:1, ΔE00 93.1.
The weakest of the three is protanopia, where the two are ΔE00 71.3 apart against 78.0 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
