protanopia
Ratio 7.02:1, ΔE00 62.6.
deuteranopia
Ratio 7.09:1, ΔE00 63.3.
tritanopia
Ratio 7.07:1, ΔE00 67.8.
The weakest of the three is protanopia, where the two are ΔE00 62.6 apart against 62.2 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
