Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #222266 can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 5.29:1, ΔE00 42.7.
deuteranopia
Ratio 6.97:1, ΔE00 54.1.
tritanopia
Ratio 7.92:1, ΔE00 86.7.
The weakest of the three is protanopia, where the two are ΔE00 42.7 apart against 54.1 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
Both colours have pages of their own: Intergalactic Cowboy ·Atomic Pink · the same pair the other way round ·all pairs
