Body text at this size
And the smaller size most interfaces actually use for paragraphs — the size that decides whether a pair is usable.
Caption text, which almost nothing passes.
WCAG 2.1

Passes AA for body text
Not AAA (7:1). Swapping the two colours gives the same number — the ratio does not know which is the text.
APCA

Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #223311 can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 6.59:1, ΔE00 54.1.
deuteranopia
Ratio 6.89:1, ΔE00 55.0.
tritanopia
Ratio 6.84:1, ΔE00 60.8.
The weakest of the three is protanopia, where the two are ΔE00 54.1 apart against 56.0 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
