Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #223311 can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 9.42:1, ΔE00 66.6.
deuteranopia
Ratio 10.23:1, ΔE00 68.4.
tritanopia
Ratio 10.08:1, ΔE00 81.1.
The weakest of the three is protanopia, where the two are ΔE00 66.6 apart against 73.1 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
