#330077 on #00ffee
Body text at this size
And the smaller size most interfaces actually use for paragraphs — the size that decides whether a pair is usable.
Caption text, which almost nothing passes.
WCAG 2.1
11.75:1
Passes AA for body text
AAA too. Swapping the two colours gives the same number — the ratio does not know which is the text.
APCA
Lc 85.1
Clears Lc 75 — body text at a normal size and weight.
Dark text on a lighter ground.

Above 10 — related only in the sense that both are colours.
Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #330077 can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 14.00:1, ΔE00 85.5.
deuteranopia
Ratio 10.65:1, ΔE00 73.5.
tritanopia
Ratio 8.31:1, ΔE00 61.1.
The weakest of the three is tritanopia, where the two are ΔE00 61.1 apart against 86.6 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
Both colours have pages of their own: Galactic Federation ·Master Sword Blue · the same pair the other way round ·all pairs
