Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #3a533d can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 5.79:1, ΔE00 47.5.
deuteranopia
Ratio 6.43:1, ΔE00 49.5.
tritanopia
Ratio 6.31:1, ΔE00 72.1.
The weakest of the three is protanopia, where the two are ΔE00 47.5 apart against 57.2 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
