protanopia
Ratio 4.35:1, ΔE00 36.1.
deuteranopia
Ratio 4.45:1, ΔE00 37.7.
tritanopia
Ratio 4.45:1, ΔE00 40.0.
The weakest of the three is protanopia, where the two are ΔE00 36.1 apart against 37.2 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
