protanopia
Ratio 10.52:1, ΔE00 69.7.
deuteranopia
Ratio 10.07:1, ΔE00 67.0.
tritanopia
Ratio 9.54:1, ΔE00 64.5.
The weakest of the three is tritanopia, where the two are ΔE00 64.5 apart against 68.5 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
