Not AAA (7:1). Swapping the two colours gives the same number — the ratio does not know which is the text.

Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #880066 can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.

protanopia
Ratio 6.12:1, ΔE00 59.1.
deuteranopia
Ratio 4.18:1, ΔE00 44.2.
tritanopia
Ratio 3.24:1, ΔE00 34.0.
The weakest of the three is tritanopia, where the two are ΔE00 34.0 apart against 53.3 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
