And the smaller size most interfaces actually use for paragraphs — the size that decides whether a pair is usable.
Caption text, which almost nothing passes.
WCAG 2.1

Passes AA for body text
Not AAA (7:1). Swapping the two colours gives the same number — the ratio does not know which is the text.
APCA
Lc -51.9
Clears Lc 45 — large or heavy display text.
Light text on a darker ground — the negative sign is the polarity.

Above 10 — related only in the sense that both are colours.
Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #b8bf71 can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 5.34:1, ΔE00 74.9.
deuteranopia
Ratio 4.47:1, ΔE00 68.2.
tritanopia
Ratio 4.49:1, ΔE00 42.9.
The weakest of the three is tritanopia, where the two are ΔE00 42.9 apart against 75.6 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
