protanopia
Ratio 9.65:1, ΔE00 68.6.
deuteranopia
Ratio 9.74:1, ΔE00 69.3.
tritanopia
Ratio 9.72:1, ΔE00 73.5.
The weakest of the three is protanopia, where the two are ΔE00 68.6 apart against 68.2 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
