Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #bcb7ad can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 7.51:1, ΔE00 56.5.
deuteranopia
Ratio 6.87:1, ΔE00 55.5.
tritanopia
Ratio 6.21:1, ΔE00 52.8.
The weakest of the three is tritanopia, where the two are ΔE00 52.8 apart against 57.0 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
