protanopia
Ratio 6.91:1, ΔE00 57.6.
deuteranopia
Ratio 7.39:1, ΔE00 66.8.
tritanopia

The weakest of the three is protanopia, where the two are ΔE00 57.6 apart against 61.1 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
