Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #fcccf5 can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 10.21:1, ΔE00 70.1.
deuteranopia
Ratio 11.53:1, ΔE00 74.0.
tritanopia
Ratio 11.50:1, ΔE00 94.2.
The weakest of the three is protanopia, where the two are ΔE00 70.1 apart against 77.4 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
