Caption text, which almost nothing passes.
WCAG 2.1
6.08:1
Passes AA for body text
Not AAA (7:1). Swapping the two colours gives the same number — the ratio does not know which is the text.

Clears Lc 60 — headlines and other larger text.
Light text on a darker ground — the negative sign is the polarity.

Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #fcccf5 can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 5.54:1, ΔE00 51.9.
deuteranopia
Ratio 6.38:1, ΔE00 52.7.
tritanopia
Ratio 6.34:1, ΔE00 73.3.
The weakest of the three is protanopia, where the two are ΔE00 51.9 apart against 62.7 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
