And the smaller size most interfaces actually use for paragraphs — the size that decides whether a pair is usable.
Caption text, which almost nothing passes.
WCAG 2.1
6.66:1
Passes AA for body text
Not AAA (7:1). Swapping the two colours gives the same number — the ratio does not know which is the text.
APCA
Lc -71.6
Clears Lc 60 — headlines and other larger text.
Light text on a darker ground — the negative sign is the polarity.

Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #fcccf5 can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 7.05:1, ΔE00 56.7.
deuteranopia
Ratio 6.49:1, ΔE00 52.5.
tritanopia
Ratio 6.54:1, ΔE00 51.4.
The weakest of the three is tritanopia, where the two are ΔE00 51.4 apart against 53.8 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
