Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #220022 can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 9.89:1, ΔE00 64.9.
deuteranopia
Ratio 9.51:1, ΔE00 63.6.
tritanopia
Ratio 9.19:1, ΔE00 60.5.
The weakest of the three is tritanopia, where the two are ΔE00 60.5 apart against 65.5 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
