Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #b8bf71 can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.

protanopia
Ratio 10.24:1, ΔE00 74.0.
deuteranopia
Ratio 9.63:1, ΔE00 71.0.
tritanopia
Ratio 9.34:1, ΔE00 61.6.
The weakest of the three is tritanopia, where the two are ΔE00 61.6 apart against 76.5 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
