Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #cfe8b6 can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 15.40:1, ΔE00 90.6.
deuteranopia
Ratio 14.12:1, ΔE00 86.3.
tritanopia
Ratio 13.73:1, ΔE00 84.1.
The weakest of the three is tritanopia, where the two are ΔE00 84.1 apart against 92.6 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
