And the smaller size most interfaces actually use for paragraphs — the size that decides whether a pair is usable.
Caption text, which almost nothing passes.
WCAG 2.1
13.83:1
Passes AA for body text
AAA too. Swapping the two colours gives the same number — the ratio does not know which is the text.
APCA
Lc -83.8
Clears Lc 75 — body text at a normal size and weight.
Light text on a darker ground — the negative sign is the polarity.

Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #fcccf5 can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 13.53:1, ΔE00 76.8.
deuteranopia
Ratio 13.99:1, ΔE00 80.7.
tritanopia
Ratio 13.60:1, ΔE00 84.5.
The weakest of the three is protanopia, where the two are ΔE00 76.8 apart against 79.6 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
